What can you buy with S$ 3,000 that would earn you money?
S$ 3,000 cannot get you any real estate, it probably cannot get you any business that you may own. It however can get you ownership (either co-ownership or full ownership) in a vending machine franchise.

Real estate investments need to wait years for its completion, even existing real estates have to spend time to look for tenants before you see the first dollar in. Businesses take months if not years to bring the first dollar of profits in.
Vending machine franchises likely to earn profits right in the first month (T&C applies). Estimated one machine selling 1 coffee an hour would give you S$ 1,000 (estimated, T&C applies) net profit every month.
With a normal hot coffee vending machine franchise costing about S$ 15,000 you are expected to get back your money in estimated 15 months (T&C applies).
If you just want to try out whether this is suitable for you, you don’t have to try out with S$ 15,000. You can try out with just S$ 3,000 to own part of the vending franchise. Monthly installments are also available to make sure everyone can participate.
What I have mentioned above do not yet include the few new business streams that we are building now;
1. Advertising revenue - advertising revenue for customers who may want to display their products and services on the vending machine display panels. Estimated to be S$ 200 per panel per month per customers (T&C applies).
2. Food delivery - we are now initiating our discussion with mature food delivery service providers to allow our freshly brewed coffee to be delivered to the consumers around the vending machines. This is the same business model (albeit with actual stalls and not vending machines) that Luckin Coffee has, it allows them to open 4,000 over outlets in 18 months and is presently listed on American stock exchange.
