Seeking investors for token

Description

Gitcoin by GASCIA is a Shariah compliant crypto token that supports real world economic projects and financial inclusion. Currently marketing first tranche of 30m treasury tokens and final tranche of 30m will be planned after six months or later, all 60m treasury token holders will be entitled to 80% of economic rights to all Gascia projects. The maximum supply of Gitcoin has been set at 100,000,000 tokens, each token to be sold at USD1 each targeting to rise USD30m to setup or takeover a operating digital bank and lead the bank to collaborate with financial institutions especially in China to offer Islamic products to 30m Chinese Muslims. Part of the proceeds will be utilised to list Gitcoin to other top 10 digital exchanges and token marketing programs to boost liquidity and publicity.

Management is in the view that once Gascia owns and operate a digital bank, the value of Gitcoin should move beyond USD1. Three overseas firms have been mandated to offer the first tranche of 30m Gitcoin and once all 30m tokens sold, this first tranche offer cease, thank you.
