THE COMPANY:
Having been in the industry for close to 10 years, our Design & Build business seeks additional funding to grow our team of front & back end staffs.
Currently we have a BCA General Builder (Class 2), BizSafe3 license & HDB Renovation License in hand.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
We have currently have a couple of Landed Design & Build Projects and Development Projects ranging from $1mil to $20mil on the table.
We need to develop multiple core teams to handle these future projects as well as fund the initial building works.
THE POTENTIAL:
With a mix of residential and commercial projects this year, we look forward to capturing the market share in the Landed, Retail & govt projects next few years (2026-2028) with our stronger team while acquiring other licenses to position our company better to close more opportunities.
We firmly believe that with the right partner and investment, we are projecting to grow to a yearly revenue of >$10mil with a nett margin of 15-20% within the next 3 years.
THE AIM:
To be a leading Builder and Developer in Singapore.
THE ASK:
The overall ask is for $1-5mil for a % stake in this evergreen Design & Build business.
This funds would go into new hiring of staff + loading funds for development projects.
