Studies have shown that freeze-dried foods often retain over 90% of the original fresh food’s nutrition, much more than other drying techniques (air-drying, dehydrating). Freeze drying is a 100% natural and chemical free process. The resulting freeze-dried foods are lightweight, retain the original colors and tastes, don’t spoil for years, and most importantly, retain the macronutrients, micronutrients (vitamins and minerals), and phytonutrients remarkably well. It is a cool process that keeps the good stuff in, especially when it comes to freeze-dried raw meat. It's like a nutritional magic trick. Scaling Up: Systematically growing a business from a stable foundation. This includes expertise in scaling operations, supply chain, marketing, and technology infrastructure, likely targeting regional (Southeast Asian) expansion.
Financial Acumen: Ability to structure the company's financial narrative, secure investment (likely Series A or growth funding), and implement robust financial systems, given the current lack of formal P&L reporting.
Market Expansion: Developing and executing strategies to penetrate new markets or customer segments while leveraging the existing reputation for quality.
